Overmasturbation affects eyesight

Does overmasturbation(once a day, sometimes twice a day) affect eyesight? If yes then why and how? If no, then why and how is that ? I had lasik in aug and got 1.0 left eye and 0.75 right eye. From that time i masturbated on a daily basis, sometimes in a deep darkness, and so now i have -0.5 left and-0.25 right eye . Thats why i partly think that in might be a result of over masturbation and if so then can i treat my eyesight?
