I had a small white spot on the border of eyeball which is pinguecula which was said by a eye doctor in practo for rupees 500 consultation fees he prescribes systane eye drops. does systane eye drops cure pinguecula

Based on my latest checkup, I got the following readings Left eye: spherical -1, cylindrical -0.75 Right eye: spherical -1.25, cylindrical -0.75 Vision:6/6 in both eyes Based on this, is it ok if I use contact lens in both eyes with spherical power of -1.50

My husband is having painless lump on his eyelid (both up and down) for last 2-3 months. It's neither decreasing nor increasing, not causing any discomfort also. What can be the probable cause and what's the solution to this. Please help.

I've noticed that my right eye is appearing smaller than my left one. It has developed recently. My  muscles in undereye area  are not moving in sync.

Since 2019  i started having zigzag /flickering  lines in vision. It occurs for around 15-20 minutes ( more in my right eye and little less in my left eye) After this stops i get a headache . In the last 2 instances I did Anulom Vilom Pranayam when these visual disturbance were occuring and i got comparatively less headache then what i used to get. Previously this happened once a month but in this month it has happened weekly. What should i do next ? Should I get my eye checked? Or should I visit a neurologist ? Also I would like to mention here that back in 2019 when this started I also had numbness in my right lips and fingers along with zigzag lines in vision I consulted a neurologist who suggested a MRI which came normal.

While cleaning harpic went inside my eye ..wt to do..i washed it several times nd later have used refresh tears 7 to 8 times ..after 3 hours it was little better bt now i can see redness on one side of my eye the white part...wt else can be done .hope it will nt affect my vision..

Software Engineer with work pressure by profession. Around 4 months ago, observed some thing pulsating white arc at the both corner of eyes near nose and then headaches (not all time). Last time got also camera like white flashes in eyes. Doctor gave amitriptyline, and B12 tablets, thoese were gone. After that I got eye floaters, visible only when seeing white wall. Eye checkup done and no retina tear or hole at that time. Now seeing white spots (like quote symbol or white line) in vision for few minutes when blinking eye only after seeing bright head lights of vehicles. And also seeing vapour ripple effect in vision when going out on a sunny day, its starts after few minutes when I started. I am scared with these symptoms. Are these symptoms for any major concern. Please help and guide me on what to do next. Is there any safe way to remove floaters from eyes?

My vision used to be 6/6 and -4 power in both eyes. However, my right eye is suffering from sudden loss of vision since 10th Jan morning. There was no pain or redness at all, still I was diagnosed with uveitis and been prescribed with Pred Forte and H2 eye drops for next 2 weeks. Its been 5 days and I am unsatisfied with the results. I stayed awake for quite long that night as I was using my smartphone. Can eye strain be a cause or risk factor? Please help as I feel hopeless now. 😔
