Is antibiotic eyedrops really needed for redness in eyes caused due to digital eye strain? Will it not cure by itself in few days?

If it is digital eye strain...more of lubricating drops ...not antibiotic needed . If there is inflammation due to dryness..then anti inflammatory too.. A doctor can differentiate ..n advise
