Eye pains and headache
Hello,
The other day after a few hours of online meetings
I noticed some pain when I tried to move my eyes
Thinking it was just stress, didn't think about it much
But after some time the pain got worse
The pain felt like it was coming from behind my eyes and after some time started feeling headache as well
Got pretty bad at one point at which I decided to take rest for a while, I had to get back to work after some time
But had to take some rest by closing eyes after a while
Took dolo that night and the day after and that seemed to help, wanted some advice on how to diagnose this problem and what solutions I should expect

Simple thing is to use lubricating drops
Go to doctor to check the extent of dry eye and possibility of any number
Follow all guidelines for computer usage ..read computer vision syndrome .
Take care if general health ..hydration , vit D, B etc..
