Eye fatigue,  long computer working hour
Work on computer for long hours approximately 10 hrs. Normally  eye fatigue and sometimes pain also in eyes. What should i do to get relief ang medicine required or any precautions, diet or exercise will work. I am already using specs of 0.5 lens from last 6 to 7 years. Please guide.

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome so please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every 20minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20inches.wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and also do cold compresses with ice and consume lot of fresh fruit and vegetables and don't sit facing towards ac or blowers.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A.cold compresses B use antiglare glasses C. Use Lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently
