Eye Strain, Headache and Fatigue
I have had Femto Contoura Lasik one month ago. Vision in both my eyes are 6/6 but I am having a lot of eye strain along with cluster headaches since past couple of days. My treating surgeon says everything is fine. I am using lubricating eye drops as prescribed but the eye strain is causing fatigue and lack of concentration.
Is this a side effect of Lasik or is this not related to Lasik owing to some other reasons?
Kindly suggest any next course of action for me to solve this.

Generally post lasik there is some dry eyes...on top of it if you have to spend long hours on laptop/mobile because of your work the dry eyes increases which can lead to fatigue resulting in eye pain headache....since you are already on lubricating eyedrops i recommend you continue them and you give your eyes some rest from mobile/laptop if that is the case...follow 20-20-20 rule that is after every 20 mins look at a far object(approx 20m) for 20 secs then continue working...along with this see if you are getting proper sleep...all these combined will help you

As per your narration you have received ,femto contoura treatment one month ago .
You are in recovery stage. Mild side effects are common.
Your refractive status has been changed, it's correction is again mandatory .
Other causes of cluster headaches should be ruled out also.

Generally following refractive surgeries some pts experience dry eyes for which you are already on lubricatings drops and other possibility for headache and eye strain is screen time depends on your occupation
