Eyes become itchy after long hour study
I have to study for hours and due to this my eyes become itchy and can't concentrate on my studies further for sometime.it breaks my studies.i am using spectacles.is it good to use eye drops to relax my eyes early and will conectarte for more hours on study but with no side effects ...?

Due to continuous studies ,There is decreased blinking,resulting in dryness and then the symptoms you described. Please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times.
Next Steps
Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every 20.minutes. Please don't sit facing towards a/c or blowers .Wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. Don't read under the table lamp. the light must come from left and back.take a rest for 5mts after every hour.
