Constant headache, eye vision

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been a headache from few days ago and now it's constantly pain throughout the day. i feels my eye vision is reduced and due to this, headache started. what are the possible reasons for this problem? i am sleeping 6-7 hours in a day. sometimes by back also pain.
