I have done a Lasik surgery in the month of October 2019 till now I didn't visit doctor for check up . Sometimes I feel like blur vision mostly I spend my time infront of my laptop for work.please help me with proper medication or need to take any eye drops

Hello. Just wanna know I has done my Lasik laser surgery in 2003 now my eyesight no is -0.25 Can I use patanjali eye drops for my vision. Right now I m not able to see 0.5 km things. Thanks
