Iam having dryness in eyes from past few months...everyday after waking up in the morning,I have dry mucus in eyes...iam having heading surrounding the eye area...my eyes feel like they have swelling or bulging especially left eye...what to do ...plz help

blink frequently Take adequate sleep Put ice packs over your upper eyelids Take break after 20 min for 20 sec and look at 20 feet Use eye drop genteal 6 times a day for 2 weeks Looking like dry eyes
