There is decrease in TBUT and meiobography indicating the need for dry eyes.
firstly take the prescribed treatment for a month
If does not work IPL have to be done

Your TBUT and meiomography is decreased suggesting that you have dry eyes .use eye drop as prescribed by your doctor and if no relief then IPL may b required.
You should stick to what your ophthalmologist suggests you. There are different eye drops and different approaches which a Dr can follow.
Since you are being seen in person, your ophthalmologist is the best judge.
