Every night, one or two eyelashes fall into my eyes and is very irritating. Need help. Its happening for about two weeks

I have the redness in eye for the past one week,i consulted a doc,he gave me pataday drops,after using that,i started feeling feverish,very tired,body pain and even little upset stomach,these symptoms seemed akin to those of corona,but nevertheless i searched in internet to see the side effects of this drops and i could see these symptoms related to the drops too,but i am not sure if the source is reliable,so can you pls confirm if this is true and in both the cases,should i continue with this one?
