A few things before you embark on laser corneal refractive surgery, first make sure your spectacle prescription is stable for a year atleast, ideally age above 18years with a stable prescription, corneal thickness , topography should be in well established limits and the retina should be looked at for any weak spots or potential weak spots. Another topic is lasik and admission in the air force / navy / armed forces - certain leverages and rules are to be followed including the axial length limit , spectacle prescription, time frame etc. kindly clarify that from trusted sources before you decide on the laser treatment . Best not to practice or put yourself in a situation where you will have to keep lookout for rhe rest of your life . Cheers
