My vision is blurred when i see the system, newspaper reading and mobile phone and my neck is getting strained.

My sight is -1.5 for both eyes and I stopped using spectacles for almost 10 years. will it damage my eyes if I do not use spectacles ?

I do a sw job, so working more in computers, my eyes turn red and i get difficulty in blinking , it irritates my eye, sometimes itchy eyes, My lens power is -4.75 and cylindrical -1...how to cure this problem, please suggest

Hello i have done lasik surgey 1month before bt while i was walkin on the road some thing small particles stuck in my eyes and it not goin i m puttin drop by the doc recommend bt still it not movin from place to another

Sometimes basically after waking up from sleep,my right eye irritates me...the vision get blurred and vision problem arises...but after some time it is cleared... and the vision of the eye is not so clear when I'm looking far... I have a cut on the right eyebrow ...is that problem occurs for that reason?

I work a lot on computer and also study using laptop which makes my eyes tired soon. I also work on night shifts working on desktops. Please suggest me any remedy to relaxation of my eyes, any spectacles that can help reduce the strain. I have checked my eyes with the specialist and he said that my vision is normal and I don't need any lenses.
