Eye fatigue and strain

I work a lot on computer and also study using laptop which makes my eyes tired soon. I also work on night shifts working on desktops. Please suggest me any remedy to relaxation of my eyes, any spectacles that can help reduce the strain. I have checked my eyes with the specialist and he said that my vision is normal and I don't need any lenses.

You have got computer vision syndrome. Need to take freq breaks from your computer screen and blink adequately.. following 20-20-20 rule will help. Take 20 second breaks every 20 mins, blink 20 times and look at any object more than 20 ft away. Also you can use optive eye drops 3-4times a day for 15days.
