I work a lot on computer and also study using laptop which makes my eyes tired soon. I also work on night shifts working on desktops.
Please suggest me any remedy to relaxation of my eyes, any spectacles that can help reduce the strain.
I have checked my eyes with the specialist and he said that my vision is normal and I don't need any lenses.
