I did lasic surgery for both eyes , before 5days.but I got power in my right eye but I am not get power in my left eye. Why?

My eleven years old daughter has very much heaviness in her eyes I asked the same question before also and doctor Vaibhav Mittal replied it I did same as he said I putted refresh tears in her eyes and did cold compresses too. But it didn't work. Last summers she had very much headache but it lasted till the summer ended my daughter body can't bear too much heat so it gets dehydrated or results headache etc should I think this is also because of heat
