I want to know that laser treatment will give permanent cure.if possible please suggest a hospital which contains esi facility

Please help me to get rid of dry and red eyes. Suggest me ton use any medicine for this where due to this i could not even concentrate on my work! Please iam using all the drops that are suggested. But still there is no chance of use! I think the drops are making my problem even more worse.
