Swollen eyes along with itchiness

Refractive error improvement of vision
I have vision of 6/18 and 6/15 on left and right eye respectively.
i have to undergo a medical test where the requirement is 6/6 and 6/9.I have a power of -0.75 in both the eyes. Is it possible to correct with any eye drop or treatment which can improve vision at least for few minutes.

Small Blisters on eyelid
Firstly I have got one blister on my bottom eyelid like a small hot fox type of blister. Then after 3 days, there 3 those type of blisters around that area. Please suggest me, what exactly it is? Need to check up with the doctor or else it is just because of hotness?

Swollen left eye
