Eye swelling , pain and incessant tears

I had cataract surgery on 4th April. Duly followed post op.. care. reviewed by Doctors and they declared ok and prescribed spects. Now, I have swelling in that eye, pain and incessant tears. I have moved from trichy where I had my surgery to Chennai. Please help me. I took one tablet Zerodol SP. Advise me, Please
