It's been 10 days that i have pain in my eyes .There is constant feeling that my eye muscles are constantly being pulled and there is severe ache in eyes due to this headache is also there . I use eye drop(i-tone) ,specs(-25, cylindrical) and use glaires under sun . There is slight itching and burning sensation . Unable to open eyes ,quite in pain

Please suggest any dry eye ointment not eye drop as i am allergic to many preservatives as my eyes are watery every morning

I could see a small spot when exposed to sunlight and heat for some time. I consulted eye doctor for the same and after all the checkup, doctor said everything is ok. What could be the reason for that spot which I could see sometimes into my eyes.
