Eyes vision is 6/12 want it to make 6/6

Hello I'm from India my sph is -12.5/-1.5cyl (right)and -13.0/-2.5cyl(left) Left and right both vision is 6/12. My question is after iol lens implant can my vision become 6/6?? With zero sph and cyl powers. please do answer my question

Hello As you mentioned your best corrected vision with Glasses is 6/12...the best vision after surgery will be 6/12 only...it may or may not increase to 6/9 but attaining 6/6 vision will be difficult
