Last two days my one year daughter in one eyes got red. We consult paediaterician she told moxifloxacin drops. But after taking drops for one day redness increase what to do

I'm having sinusitis infection. So , my doctor recommended to use fluticasone nasal spray once in night before bed time  for continuous 1 month. I'm using the nasal spray daily. Can it affect my eyes . So, what to do now. As I have to complete my 1 month dosage and I also can't stop using it..

How much long Conjunctivitis lasts with treatment? My wife has been having it for the last 7 days and medication started 3 days ago. No such relief is found yet, even after using medicines for 3 days. Medicines are carboxymethly cellulose 6 times a day, moxifloxacin 3 times a day, flouro methelon 3 times a day and moxifloxacin hydrochloride ointment 3 times a day.
