If someone use a single type of eye drops. So also five minutes gap important between drops ? I mean if someone use only one type of eye drops . So is it necessary to have five minutes  gap between drops ? Or only we need five minutes gap between drops when we use  different types of drops ?

5 minutes gap should be there between any two eye drops. This allows proper effect of the eye drops in the eye. The question is that why are you putting same drop so frequently?
