Hi, going with my case history, about 1 year ago, my right eye had a small retinal tear with localized retinal detachment (which was just started before laser treatment). My doctor did barrage laser. Soon after 7 days, I started seeing negetive afterimage, million of white dot in daylight, (seeing sky or white wall), glare on light, and ringing in ears. Besides, my vision is 20/20 in both eyes. Strange thing was that all these symptoms appeared on my both eyes, tear was only right eye. Going forward, after seeing no improvement about 3 months later, I went for MRI scan, because Retina was fine that time in my both eyes. The MRI scan showed "Minimal periventricular ischemic changes" and "Minimal Bilatral Ethemoid Sinus Changes." The Neurologist diagnosed with "Generalized Anxiety disorder." and prescribed me some anti-depression medicine. Now, I am on few eye drop and Macushield tablet. My OCT was fine but I have mild refrective error. Still finding cause, symptoms are persistent day 1.
