What is good for me normal or c- section my eyesight is -20 in both eyes, aged 32 yrs

The iris of my eye eas damaged in an injury. Is there any technology/chance in future that can help me in this problem?

I have got a sudden red blood clot in my left eye yesterday morning. Till night it wasn't there but in the morning I found this.
