So can i use or not milflox(moxifloxacin 0.5)eye drop.beacuse one of my BAMS DR frend reffered this eye drop

My eyes are red from last 3 days..my right eye is more red as compare to left eyes..today i purchase milflox eye drop(moxifloxacin hydrochloride 0.5).is this drop can give me relief from redness of eyes and is it an right and effective drop for redness of eye..please help n consult me

Today someone in my family suffered from accident nd there r lot of injuries in her eyes nd eyes swelled up just concerned that will it effect her eyes inside that no pr problem inside occurs

હેલો ડોક્ટર. મારી વાઈફ ને આંખ મા કોઈ જાતની એલર્જી છે. જો તે બહાર કોઈ એવી જગ્યાએ કે જયાં વધુ પડતી ડસ્ટ ઊડતી હોય તેવી જગ્યાએ જાય તો તેને આંખમાં સખત ખંજવાળ આવે છે અને એટલી ભયાનક ખંજવાળ આવે છે કે તેની બંને સંપૂર્ણ આંખ લાલ થઇ જાય છે અને ક્યારેક તો એટલી ખંજવાળ ઉપડે છે કે ખંજવાળયા બાદ એવું લાગે કે આંખમાં પરપોટો થઈ ગયો હોય. આ સમસ્યા એટલી હદે વણસી ગઈ છે કે હવે તો એની આંખ ની આજુબાજુ નો ગોળ એરિયા પણ કાળો થઈ ગયો છે...અમે અમદાવાદમાં ડોક્ટર નાગપાલને પણ બતાવેલું છે પણ કોઈ ફેર પડેલ નથી.તો પ્લીઝ help me out...
