Pain and little swelling on right eyeball . Can't use the spectacles for a long period. Got the spherical lense in left one.

I have recently noticed that my left eye won't appear open as wide as my right eye. I wear specs and the power in my left eye is higher as compare to the right one. It's -1 cylindrical. Three months back I met with an accident and broke my leg. Due to which I was home for good 2 months and didn't wear my specs at all. Not even while watching TV or using mobile phones. I am very anxious about my eye as well as my look. Pls suggest. Hope this is curable. I have attached my old and recent pic. The one without specs is the recent one. Thanks

My left eye was red and painful suddenly. Used antibiotics no recovery. Then using homide eye drops 1BD AND ALLERGEN EYE DROPS EVERY 2 HRS. vision is blurry. How and when can I stop HOMIDE and get out of blurry vision? Hiw long does it take to get normal after stopping HOMIDE?

Eye power of -2 Will it not be cured by eye ecercises like rotating it and doing other exercise

What is difference between minus and plus of any lense correction as well as meaning of  -1.5,-2.0×180.is it advisable to use full time glassess?
