Eyes swelling on both eyes and bulge with yellowish liquid, and has a lot of pain, in Hindi it's call bilni, please help me out

I am 16 years and want to get rid of glasses. I have -3.75 in both the eyes so please tell me the ways so I can get rid of glasses and please tell complete procedures. And also tell me the possible ways to control myopia except to wear glasses like what to eat or any eye drop that would be helpfull?

My father is suffering from red eyes and pain in upper side of only right eye from past 2 days. Not able to handle sunlight. He is taking CIPLOX eye drop but it's not giving any relief. Please suggest any medicine.

I visited lenskart shop for my new specs. they did a free eye power checkup. But there system showed that my power has increased by -1. I.e previously it was -2.50 but now system showing -3.50 But when they do the test by putting different optics on my eye. They found its the same -2.50 where i am comfortable. So they told me to do the Dilated Eye test by goin to a Eye hospital.

Well I would be very thankful if you could provide me the link to your article on conatct lens wear on practo healthfeed . :) Also , when wearing conatct lenses do we need to avoid or take caution during certain recreational activities , like riding a scooter or cooking . I was told to stay away from cooking and to avoid artificial heat?

Can i improve my eye sight by doing meditation Me spect no. Is - 4.5 Can i bring it to 3 Or is there any other way
