There is usually a some kind of irritation on top of my eyelashes. Is it ok to use sofinox near your eyes.

My sister has a cyst or lump over her upper eyelid which never affected or was problematic but now it has started paining miserably. Please suggest a doctor. Plus She feels irritating in her eye.
