Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis
Try
A. Avoid lenses for some time
B. Cold compresses
C. Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6 times daily along with lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears frequently
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
