I have two pimple like swelling in one of my eye lid. I have been having this problem for the past one week. There is no redness, itching or discharge. What is the treatment?

Hi My both eyes are red since last 4 days , mild itching as well. I use ciplox and tovacin but still not fine.

I have been experiencing for a year or so pain in the back of my eye, then it moves to to my head. My eyes are very sore and watery. I have noticed that under my eyes are very puffy and look full of fluid. The pain also goes into my face. I had a sinus x Ray sometime last year and everything was clear? What could it be? Could my sinus be blocked from a year?
