Hello, my eye power is -19 age is 24 emale ... ryt now m using contact lens from last 8 mths before using lens i was using glasses ..... i want to remove both of this ... what can i do??

For -19D Lasik procedures can not be done. You will require complete evaluation to understand exact condition of your eyes including your retina.
Treatment options will depend on examination & condition of your eyes.
