Tiny watery pimple on line of eyelashes
Hi i got suddenly this tiny pimple of eyelashes seems filled with water not pus yet what it can be no pain nothing just little irritation is thr after opening & closing of eye. what this xn be how it can be cured ? please check the photo, its in left upper eyelashes line.

It seems to be subconjuntival collection of fluid. Please do hot foamentation.and put moxicip l.p. eye drops 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.

There is nothing to worry and no special treatment is required
You can try
A warm compresses
B. massage with index finger from up to down over involved gland
