It is called seborrheic blepharitis. Clean your eyelashes with jhonson and jhonson baby shampoo. Can use ear buds to clean eyelashes. Control your dandruff in hairs using ketoconazole ( scalpe) shampoo. For eyes can use moxifloxacin (vigamox) 1 drop 4 times daily and chlorocol-H eye ointment at night . U will improve by 1 week.

Try
A. Warm compresses
B. Scrub lashes with baby shampoo
C. Look for dandruff in head and treat that with head wash with nizral shampoo twice weekly
