Eye Care & Problems

I live in a hostel. I was feeling lonely today so I went to a friend's room to talk to him. He bought a new smartphone. He was using his phone.After sometime he turned on the flash light accidentally and in the same time i also got busy with my phone. He was in the chair next to his bed and I was sitting in the bed. He turned on his flashlight of his phone and it's focus was falling on my eyes. I didn't mind it because I was busy on my own phone. For about an hour I was in the same position and the powerful flash light has been falling on my eyes. After one hour I realised that his flashlight was pointing my eyes, then i immediately came out of his room. But for sometime I could see nothing with my eyes. My vision became blurry... Then I slept... Now I can see with my eyes... Will anything happen to my eyes? Has it damaged my eyes?

I have pain on my eyes sometimes.. and everytym watery drops comes out thru eyes if i dnt cry also.. too much headache occur with pain on eyes

I got sprayed in the face with r134a with stop leak when i was recharging my cars a/c. A few drops went into my right eye and i immediately flushed with water for about 10 minutes and used some visine drops. Eye is still a bit irritated and red. This happened about 30 minites ago.

Can you guide me through this ,I have high myopia with astigmatism but I don't Wich package should I go for or Wich eye surgery like Lasik or else Wich type of Lasik and how much it costs I ask one hospital they told me cost is 400,000 (4 lakh) rp , I link my photo of the eye report u can check it down.

I was diagnosed with 0.25 and didn't wear glasses and since then my vision is at 1.25 , i want to improve eyesight , what practices should I follow.

I have been having eye pain for past few days and sometimes headache too. I usually work on computer throughout the day in my office and by the evening this problem starts almost every day. So is this problem because of computer screen or some serious problem ?
