I have been having a problem with my right eye for three days now. It is very itchy and painful. There seems to be a little cyst like lump on the eyeball next to my tearduct. The lump is red and swollen and has been getting worse. I also have a headache behind the eye. I have included some photos that show the change in it since it began. I have been using cold compresses on the eye and gently cleaning the eye using an eyebath.

I assume I have MGD since my eye cannot produce the special oil to keep my eye moist, I also have a scratched cornea due to this and I also have dry eyes are all of these things normal and curable? please help I'm scared it could be permanent.
