I am suffering from eye problem I am not able to see blackboard during the class I got specks - I want to get rid of it 2.25

My age 55,female.before 8 month eye know about my eye cataract in right eye.doctor recomend me for surgery.my question is-can i wait for surgery sometime. Early surgery right disision. My right eye sometime feel soak and full of tear.plz suggest me.

My right eye has SPH -13.0 , CYL -2.0, and an AXIS 170, and my left eye has SPH -7.5, CYL -1.5, and an Axis 175. Please give any suggestion for treatment now I am using glass. I want to go for lasik surgery?
