I have been diagnosed with Pituitary Macro Adenoma. The doctor are advising me for surgery of the tumour. Please let me know the following points 1. Will there be any danger to life? 2. How the surgery will be done? (Through noise by laparoscopy or any other way). 3. Whether the vision loss which has happened in my left eye can be resolved immediately to a certain extent or treatment may bring it the normal vision later. Regards Santosh Jaiswal

I ordered contact lenses online and wore them for 2 months continously. I have cylindrical powers too but when i ordered i entered only spherical powers and used those lenses for continuous 2 months. Now i found out that i need to wear toric lenses for astigmatism as i have cylindrical powers but when i used the normal leneses, i didn't felt any kind of problem. So i need to order again and i am really confused.

Hello doctor, From past one week, I am seeing black wiggly curved small lines moving in my vision in my right eye. It is seen especially in sunlight and when i see a plain wall. When inside the house, it is not seen clearly instead can just see one line moving at times. It is definitely not hampering my vision. But is it a cause of concern? And also i have migraine. Is it due to that? Should i worry about it or will it go away on its own?

After wearing contacts I have a squint eye. What can be done about it? The problem is with my right eye which is my weaker eye and last checked the power is - 2.75
