This looks like conjunctivitis
Try
A cold compresses
B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloaxacin 6 times daily along with lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
