What is approximate cost of cataract surgery? approximate how much time surgery takes.? Whether diabetic n blood pressure patient can go for this surgery?

My eye swell after doing workouts at gym it starts with a small bump like rash and whole eyelids swells. Trigger may be lifting weights I have migraine headache for which I'm taking valpirin200 and primox 25 doctor has also given montelykast tablet but swelling comes sometimes and will be ter for 3 days after ophthalmologist gives some eye drops etc I don't get any breathing problem during workouts
