My eyes have burning sensation while focusing on something for long time.can I have some cure or relief for this

Red eye , first time,  little irritation need Ur help as it is red from last 2 days , no such pain as such

Suffering from dryness and irritation from a month now. Went to doctor 2 weeks back and yesterday too. I am following their advice. But should I take any supplement as this I suffer from eye dryness almost every 9 months on at least once a year. Kindly advice some supplement vitamins etc. if it will help me in any way and not have side effects. I have attached medical prescription. Thanks in advance.

Dear sir, I have undergone pituitary macro adenoma surgery through nose. It was diagnosed when I complaint about loss of vision in my left eye. Now I am able to see more clearly post surgery. Could you please tell me 1. Now should I go to eye specialist for eye check up for restoring normal vision as it was previously. 2. Any further treatment needed for noise or eye or both.
