My aunt is mentally disabled.she can't tell her problem.but now her eyesight became week.please tell how to check her eyesight.

Hi, i have been prescribed to wear glasses and now i have purchased them as per the eye test. I have been wearing them since two months. But one thing that is happening is very weird. When i study without glasses i remember what i studied but when i put my glasses i do not remember what i just studied. I too feel like i am in a virtual world. Why this happening and what is the solution.

I have a power if -3.25 in left and -3.5 in right with 90 cylindrical on both the eyes one yr before. I have a medical test to go through on the month of July for recruitment. The range is - 4 to + 4. I feel like my eye power is increasing on the left eye. What can I do to decrease my eye piwer or to make it stable rather than increasing
