From long time,i m suffering from eye's prblm.whenever i wear a 3d glass on my eyes in a threatre after some time i suffered from headache in front and back side of my head.i don't know the exact problem,but i always feel a kind of tired in my eyes.from last 2 days m feeling uncomfortable in my head.

This could be due to refractive error, convergence insufficiency etc
It is very difficult to comment without examining you
I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
