Hi, I am having 1 dozen of skin tags on my neck and even my neck is black in colour, even having 2 skin tags on each armpit. My age is 26 years and my height is 5.7 and my weight is 80 kgs. I have a HBA1C score of 5.9. What can I do in order to reverse the skin tags and black skin and also my diabetic score? I am doing GYM from last 6 months, what are other precautions that I can take?

I measured fasting blood sugar at home, it was 145 using glucose meter. On the same time I went to a reputated laboratory in my town and measured my fasting blood test. Fasting was 81 and Hba1c was 4.7. Am I diabetic??? What is the reason for such difference in test results

Hi doctor, I am 33 years old female. I'm 154 cm tall and weigh 57.5 kg. I have recently been facing racing heart after consuming food. I got tested for glucose load test and below are the results Fasting glucose- 92.8 Reading after 1 hour of consuming 75g of liquid glucose - 195.5 Reading after 2 hours of consuming 75g of liquid glucose - 151.4 Insulin fasting - 9.4 Insulin after 1 hour of 75g glucose - 81.3 Insulin after 2 hours of 75 g glucose - 147.0 Please advise. I never had glucose or insulin problem but after COVID having issues.. Is it a symptom of prediabetes or is it insulin resistance issue?

My free T3 is 2.92 pg/ ml T4. is 1.15 TSH is. 2.50 I am taking thyronorm75 and blood pressure tab cortel LN since 5 years. In  2017 I dignosed with fibroid. That time sugery done and Dr.  removed overy fibroid. From that time I taking thyronorm tablet  My weight didn't reduced. Please tell me how I reduce it. Is dose is proper or change the thyronorm power from 75 to other. Before surgery my weight was 70 and thyroid was 6

2 months before I had detected with type 2 diabetics fbs 235 pp 393 Nd h1abc 14 After 2.5 with doc consult and medication and regular exercise I have diabetics reading of Fbs 91 and pp139 And h1abc 7.7 I wanted to know dat how can reduce the level in following months Like I need my h1abc 6.8 Wanted to consult m on right track

I am type -2 diabetic since last twenty years. Recently for diabetes, prescribed Udapa 10 tablets ( Daily one tablet in the morning before breakfast ). The problem is losing around 5 Kgs of weight. Pl advice can I stop this tablet and start any alternate tablet. Request your advice pl.
