1 Year back I was diagnosed with Primary Hypothyroidism with TSH 15 & TPO(anti thyroid peroxidase Antibodies= 28) was Negative... Dr Gave me LT 75 I took it regularly & also did Thyroid test after regular intervals & my TSH decreased after every month now Yesterday I did Thyroid Test after 25 hours of taking medicine & my TSH is 0.60 ... Shoud I continue with same dose or decrease it... Please guide

In the evening Around 7.30 I was feeling drowsy and headache so measured my blood sugar it was 94. I had lunch around 1 in the afternoon. 2.30 had cold coffee. Is my sugar level normal?
