I have done hb1ac report 3 months ago Hb1ac : 6.7 FBS : 99 Ppbs : 130 Today i have repeat hb1ac after 3 months Hb1ac:  6.5 come Do i need to start medication or life style modification and meditation and running and exercise will improve/ control it.??? Thank you sir/ ma'am

I am type -2 diabetic since last twenty years. Recently for diabetes, prescribed Udapa 10 tablets ( Daily one tablet in the morning before breakfast ). The problem is losing around 5 Kgs of weight. Pl advice can I stop this tablet and start any alternate tablet. Request your advice pl.

Using the following tablets. 1) Jalra 50/ 1000 before food (. 1 - 1 ) 2) Azulix 0.2 ( 1 - 1 ) 3) Voglistar 3 mg ( 1 -1 -1 ) 4) Udapa 10 mg ( 1-0 O All are before food By using Udapa , I am losing around 5 Kgs weight. By using the above tablets since last three months, the readings were FBS. -110. PPBS - 176 and H1bA1c dropped from 9.3 to 7.7. Pl advice.....

My father is 80 years old and non -diabetic till now. He uses hypertension tablet daily and has no other health issues. In recent health check up his HBA1C came as 7.0 with average glucose reading of 154. Does this conclude that he is diabetic now and need to start medication?
