I have stenting since 2016. Recently I was diagnosed with diabetes. I am 59 years old male. Fasting-134 and pp- 245. I controlled sugar intake and started walking. **On March, last checked FASTING: 101 AND PP: 155. Now, My PP is 189 and HBA1C is 6.5. Do I need to start meditation? Please help me

My father age 67 is diabetic from last 23 years, he is regularly taking medicine as prescribed by the doctor , before 3 days his sugar random was 424, After adjusting the dosage ,doctor prescribed new medicine , and said to repeat blood sugar fasting and pp , today his fasting sugar level came 300

My mom is diabetic with peripheral neuropathy so can I use epson salt foot soak for 5 min for her. Mom even has block in both the legs .

My mother is a diabetic patient for 6 years.. now her sugar level in the blood is 250 + (RBS) after getting diabetic tablets.. then the doctor told that insulin resistance so we moved to insulin intake through injection as  doctor prescribed.. 10 units were given.. we took that 10 units per day for 15 days, but the glucose level is getting fluctuate from 180-300.. today it is 300.. can anyone suggest what's needed to be done as next step to reduce the sugar level?

Sir my fasting Sugar is 99 and pp sugar is 145.. Is there anything to worry at present. 1 month ago my fasting Sugar was 84 and pp 96... I don't know how it increased in a month
