My hba1c is normal but my insulin is higher,will weight loss help to reverse or should i be in lifelong treatment?am i diabetic

Yes mam , high insulin due to ur weight high If u loose weight then insulin level decrease Monitor fasting and post prandial sugars also If normal then no diabetes

High insulin levels are starting stage for diabetes prior to biochemical manifestations of high sugars, yeah weight loss and healthy lifestyle will definitely help in reversing at this stage in most cases
