Hypothyroid problems

I'm a 30 year old female. Hypothyroid with tsh 11.9. blood pressure (137/99) and high cholesterol 283. LDL 198 HDL 55 Taking thyrox 75 and amlip 5 for pressure. Also take ciplar 10 if I feel palpitations. Weight is 78 height 166 cms. Want to know if hypo condition is causing my bp n cholesterol levels
