I have Type 1 from last around 15 years. I take Human Mixtard 30/70 and it is under control. My concern is I never had a full body check up. Can you suggest me the tests I must take respective to diabetes in order to check my organs and overall health?

Whenever I take sweet food like sweets I get hyperactive,not able concentrate,I feel like running and after few minutes I get headache. Can you Please help me understand what kind of disease is this? Do we have a name for? How do I control it? How do I keep myself normal when I eat sweets next time? At least How can I treat my headache? Do I need to go for any special treatment?

I have been diagnosed with low thyroid function and pcos. I have irregular periods and acne on my cheeks and chin area on a regular basis. I am currently taking thyronorm. What is the course of treatment in these conditions?
