He is living with diabetes since past 7 years. His sugar level fluctuates very frequently. Once it gets controlled he stops medication and I am sure its not good for his health. He is using a glucometer (Dr. Morepen) at home and I am not sure How accurate is that. Which Glucose level meter is recommended and How to control the fluctuations.

Mother has diabetes from last 10 years now.. Creatine is at 3.71.. She takes regular insulin 3 times a day for 6 unit. He sugar has gone down below 50 twice in last 15 days and she starts sweating a lot when this happens.. Should we reduce the insulin unit to below 6 unit OR should give insulin twice instead of thrice?

I m diabetic..I use to take"Sugar free" tablets in t n coffee. M 31 years old.. Is it safe to take it for long time. Also...I m taking Glucoril M1+ rebonic22... Does it harmful for kidneys...if we take it for long time..

In Aug'15 TSH was 8.47, whereas T3 & T4 were normal. Anti TPO was 63.20 U/mL. Started medicine 'Thynorm 25 mcg' on 9th Sep'15. On 25th Nov'15 TSH dropped to 1.51. Continued Thynorm 25 mcg. And on 25th Jun'16 TSH is again detected high at 9.32. Now family physician suggested increase Thyronorm dose by 12.5 mcg. Will it be OK. Please advise.

I have a thyroid problem and my thyroid is 10 now and cervical problem depression also no interest in my office work always fatigue not feeling fresh and positive and I have sinus also block nose I,m feeling pain in my stomach and so fatty burning in my stomach and gas problem what would I do please tell me...i consult the nearest physician and taking thyronorm in 50 mcg and in saturday or sunday 75 MCG

I want to get diagnolize for thyroid please suggest a reliable doctor,have got the testing done,it shows,if not drug suggested Ft3 and Ft4 estimation

I am suffering from hypothyroidism since the past 5 years and have been taking Thyronorm 25mcg. Recently I have taken the T3,T4 and TSH tests twice in 3 months and while the the T3 and T4 levels are within range my TSH levels have been well above normal range in both the tests.Is this a cause of concern to consult a specialist.Thanks in advance.

Hello! At thr beginning of this year, I had consulted a doctor for irregular periods problem and she made ne take the PCOD panel test. Although all the levels showed normal in it, my ultrasound showed that I am slightly poly-cystic. I was told to take Meprate for inducing periods and then took APCOD-OBIS for 2 months. Until then, I got periods but once I stopped it, my irreguarity has begun again. I am very heavy for my age around 98 kgs and my height is 5.5. I know that I need to spare time for excercise and proper diet but my work has been hectic for the past 4 months and I couldnt do anything. Now, I want to follow everything strictly so can smeone please advise where I should begin with? How to get my periods fpr this month and how to reduce weight over time??
